PTO Rules
Full time employment required for PTO rates to be in effect. All PTO requests must be made 2 weeks prior and are subject to approval based on availability and business needs. This PTO policy is meant to provide general guidelines and is subject to change based on company needs and legal requirements.

PTO Accrual Rates
Executive & Exempt Employees. Please see HR for details.

Leads = 48 hours. After (1yr +8hrs) (2yr +8hrs) (3yr +8hrs) Licensed Tech = 48 hours. After (90d -1yr +3.33hrs) (1-2yr +4hrs) (2-3yr +4.66hrs) (3-4yr +5.33hrs) (4-5yr +6hrs) (5-6yr +6.66hrs) (6-7yr +7.33hrs) (7-8yr +8hrs) (8-9yr +8.66hrs) (9-10yr +9.33hrs) (10+yr +10hrs)

Unlicensed Tech / Office Staff = 48 hours.
After (2yr +8hrs) (3yr +8hrs)

Sick Leave

Plan
WireNut Home Services will provide 1 hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year. Carry over is no more than 48 hours per benefit year, capped at 48 hours per year used.

Leave Rights
Illness, injury, preventative care, bereavement. For sick leave of four or more consecutive days (missed scheduled shifts) a doctor's release will be required.
