Uniform & Dress Code
General Guidelines
The following guidelines are established for all WireNut Home Services employees. The dress code is tailored to your role or position through one of two categories: Homeowner Facing and Non-Homeowner Facing.
Uniform allocations are dependent on the job title, work environment, and tenure held by the technician. Generally, WireNut employees will receive a short sleeve or long sleeve polo shirt, grey undershirts grey work pant, WireNut jacket, WireNut hat, WireNut beanie, and cooling rag, though office and field positions receive different allocations of each item. Some positions with unique operational needs will receive additional items dictated by their Service Manager and approved by the Assets Manager.
Employees may receive periodic uniform replenishments to replace unserviceable items, as well as purchase additional items through the company's apparel ordering website.
